Using the service
You may use NestIQ for your business or personal projects. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for what people in your workspace do.
Your files
You keep ownership of the files you upload and the layouts you create. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload them.
Plans, credits and payment
Plans and credits are managed in the app, and prices are shown in INR. Your price never goes up while you keep your plan. Taxes such as GST may be added where they apply. Credits are used when you run a nest.
Check before you cut
NestIQ checks each layout for overlaps and containment, but you are responsible for checking a layout, your sheet sizes, kerf and settings, and your machine setup before you cut material.
Availability
We work to keep NestIQ available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or wasted material. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using NestIQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above. The governing law and place of dispute resolution will be set out here before launch.
