What we collect
Account details you give us, such as your name, email address and company. Files you upload, such as DXF and SVG drawings, and the projects and settings you create. Basic usage and billing information for your plan and credits. Messages you send us through the contact form.
How we use it
To run NestIQ for you: to nest your parts, save your projects, manage your plan and credits, and reply to you. To keep the service safe and working, and to improve it. We use your files to provide the service to you.
Who can see your data
Your projects live in your workspace, and members see them according to their role. We use service providers to host the service and handle payments. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete files, and you can delete your account. Some billing records may be kept as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to us.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where we can, tell you.
